Definitely not that one with those colors. Black and yellow or red, yellow, and green are the only colors appropriate for flower crowns.
( yeah, all that sounds great and all but he definitely heard damian walking away from him after dropping that flower crown so clearly it was him, there's nothing to gain from damian trying to deny it. )
But the one on my head has my colors. I tried to get as many colors on yours as I could find. Which I mean, I'm pretty sure you're worthy of.

Tt. [Okay, so the crown is............ cute, he guesses. It's been padded with an over-abundant amount of stuff, lacks planning and strategy, but it's is pretty fitting for Jon, he thinks. No outline or design, but made with a bunch of love.

The point of working in the dark is not to be seen, you know. It's easy for you to work in visible, gaudy colors. [A bit of a smirk here. He likes yanking Jon's chain.] You can defy most laws of maiming and death.
If the point of working in the dark is to not be seen then why do you wear that bright yellow-black cape?
( like who can miss that thing floating around the top of buildings? jon definitely can't. he can't imagine the villains and stuff do, either. but he generally sees damian out on the streets when they're hanging together, and. well. jon doesn't hide well. doesn't really try though. )
Because the black on the outside helps conceal me in the shadows when I need it. [Really, it's probably a homage kind of thing--the yellow, at least--but it's fun teasing Jon.]
The yellow is reflective and lets the bad guys know I'm about to kick their ass when I land on top of them.
